A: The techVenture recruiter contacting you will tell you about the search for which you are a possible match. If you and the recruiter agree it's a good match, a personal investigative interview will be arranged for the client's first evaluation and your personal assessment for the opportunity discussed, or a video teleconferencing may be conducted. If the employer decides to further pursue your candidacy, an in-person meeting with the relevant group will be scheduled.
