A: The techVenture recruiter contacting you will tell you about the search for which you are a possible match. If you and the recruiter agree it's a good match, a personal investigative interview will be arranged for the client's first evaluation and your personal assessment for the opportunity discussed, or a video teleconferencing may be conducted. If the employer decides to further pursue your candidacy, an in-person meeting with the relevant group will be scheduled.

A: You remain in the techVenture database to be considered for subsequent searches. As long as you keep your registration up to date, including your contact information and responsibilities and achievements, we will be continually reviewing your information to find the best matches for our early growth startups positions.
