CubeTree is looking for a strong, detail-oriented QA Engineer to help create and execute test plans and build out our automation suite.
Responsbilities:
- Create and execute test plans and test cases Design, implement, and execute manual and automated test tools such as Selenium and/or QTP
- Work closely with Development and Support to isolate, record, and track production issues
- Support of weekly production rollout
Qualifications:
- BS /MS in CS/EE with 2-5 years relevant experience in SQA, both black box and white box testing
- In-depth understanding of QA and SDLC methodology
- Strong programming skills in Ruby, Perl or Python
- Experience developing automated tests using tools such as Selenium
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self starter with whatever-it-takes attitude
- Knowledge of SQL (writing queries with joins, changing data)
- Excited to work in a highly iterative development process with weekly production releases
An ideal candidate would also have:
- Experience in testing client site technologies (CSS, Javascript, Ajax)
- Experience testing APIs
- Experience with VMWare
