CubeTree is looking for a strong, detail-oriented QA Engineer to help create and execute test plans and build out our automation suite.

Responsbilities:

  • Create and execute test plans and test cases
  • Design, implement, and execute manual and automated test tools such as Selenium and/or QTP
  • Work closely with Development and Support to isolate, record, and track production issues
  • Support of weekly production rollout

Qualifications:

  • BS /MS in CS/EE with 2-5 years relevant experience in SQA, both black box and white box testing
  • In-depth understanding of QA and SDLC methodology
  • Strong programming skills in Ruby, Perl or Python
  • Experience developing automated tests using tools such as Selenium
  • Exceptional problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self starter with whatever-it-takes attitude
  • Knowledge of SQL (writing queries with joins, changing data)
  • Excited to work in a highly iterative development process with weekly production releases

An ideal candidate would also have:

  • Experience in testing client site technologies (CSS, Javascript, Ajax)
  • Experience testing APIs
  • Experience with VMWare
