The Sr. Marketing Manager/Community will expand MerchantCircle's national community of merchants by engaging external stakeholders and industry thought leaders and by developing and implementing programs that increase merchant engagement. The Sr. Marketing Manager-Community will also be tasked with engaging our merchant base to identify opportunities to increase their use of our local business marketing tools.

MerchantCircle is looking for a Lead UI designer who will work under the direction of engineering and use their expert HTML/CSS, Photoshop and strong sense of UI to translate rough design concepts into working solutions, establish consistency, and to optimize user experience.
Founded in 2005, MerchantCircle is the largest network of local business owners in the nation, combining social networking features with a customizable Web listing that allows local merchants to attract new customers.
More than 15 million MerchantCircle business listings across the country are easily accessed on major search engines. Currently, more than 1 million merchants on the MerchantCircle network upload pictures, blog, create coupons and newsletters, and connect with other merchants.
In addition to its free services, MerchantCircle offers a portfolio of online advertising services including search engine marketing, Web site directory submission, Web content creation, instant Web site development and business verification services.
MerchantCircle is located in Mountain View, California, and is funded by Rustic Canyon Partners, Scale Venture Partners, Disney's Steamboat Ventures, and IAC.
