UI Designer

Great knowledge of Android and iPhone platform
Excellent design skills for consumer products as evidenced by portfolio
Experienced in human-computer interaction

Operations Engineer

Responsibilities:

Participate in the design of a highly scalable infrastructure for services deployment
Participate in the development of a deployment plan and play an active role in rolling out reliable releases
Create development, staging, and production environments to support the development team
Put in place a set of monitoring tools and alerts for company's products infrastructure

Requirements:

Strong desire to work for an early stage startup company
3-5 years experience in leading or participating in the operations of large-scale customer-facing products
Extensive experience in deployment of large Linux servers based systems
Solid experience in scripting languages (Perl, Python, etc.)
Experience deploying monitoring systems such as Nagios, Hobbit
Experience with maintaining servers across several datacenters
Experience with SCons
Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
Great communication skills

Pluses:

Experience with EC2
Experience in corporate IT(network management, security, account management, etc.)
Experience with rollout of mobile applications
Virtual Clouds computing experience

Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities:

All aspects of functional/white box/automated testing a complex embedded real-time - media application
Compose comprehensive and specific test cases scenarios
Coordinate with development team to resolve issues, report
Maintain and update automated build/test/bug tracking software
Suggest ways to preemptively avoid bugs

Requirements:

Detail oriented with strong communication skills
Excellent project planning and project management skills
Solid understanding of QA methodology
Experience working as a hands-on QA on Android and iPhone mobile applications
Thorough understanding of Linux, Macintosh, and Windows
Experience writing scripts in Perl, Python, Javascript, or shell scripting
Intermediate skills in Networking
Intermediate skills in Unix/Linux commands
Strong experience with embedded systems products in consumer markets
Experience with parsing log files is a plus
Knowledge of C++ is a plus
Experience testing automated SMS / e-mail a plus
Knowledge of SCons a plus
Knowledge of Google protobufs a plus
Experience with continuous integration a plus

Senior Software Engineer

Experience implementing UI for consumer-facing products
Experience with Scrum or Agile development methods
Great communication skills
Mobile development experience (Android, iPhone) is a big plus
Experience developing with Boost is a plus
Experience with Adobe Flash and Web Services APIs is a plus

Product Manager

Responsibilities:

Work closely with graphic/UI designer to help create the vision for different features
Interact with engineering team to define and communicate product features
Monitor closely the competition and help position Tango's product as a strategic player in the market
Run beta pilot programs with early versions of the service
Work with strategic partners and pursue distribution opportunities
Create a product features roadmap and drive successive releases of the Tango communication service

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree (preferred) from top university, engineering background a plus
3-5 years experience in the mobile space
3-5 years experience in launching successful consumer applications
Prior experience in releasing products to the App Store
Experience working with mobile carriers in different countries is a plus
Experience working with telecom communication services is a plus
Experience with Scrum or Agile development methods
Great communication skills
Energetic, positive attitude
